You may return unused smart garden products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition. Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aromahandmadeor.world or visit our contact page with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for returning the product. Returns must be sent to our address at Tingdene House, 21-24 Bradfield Rd, Wellingborough NN8 4HB, United Kingdom.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Customised products, installation services, and digital products are non-returnable. Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
